Therapy for Grief and Loss

There is no right or wrong way to grieve.

“You just need to move on.”

Easier said than done, right?

The reality is, everyone copes with loss differently, and there is no right or wrong way to grieve.

Losses aren’t just limited to deaths, they may also include significant breakups, divorces, miscarriages, loss of health, job loss, or loss of income.

You may want some extra support processing a difficult loss. Therapy, support groups, and in some cases psychiatry can be beneficial.

Some treatment options include contacting me for grief therapy, or calling After Loss at 1-800-423-8811. Parents grieving a child can call Compassionate Friends (630) 990-0010.
