GROUNDED

COUNSELING

Hope is here.

Feeling overwhelmed, like you’re being pulled in a million different directions?

Experiencing loneliness, even if you’re surrounded by people?

Ready to move from surviving to thriving?

Why “Grounded” Counseling?

Grounding provides a sense of safety and stability. Grounding is a skill that is thousands of years old and rooted in Indigenous practices.

One of the first coping skills I often teach private practice clients is called “grounding.”

The word “grounded” also makes me think of “down-to-earth,” which is a good way to describe me.
